Kenneth is a Director with Integrated Risk Services specializing in cyber security, revenue assurance, data quality and analytics- Kenneth was previously part of Safaricom’s senior management team where his responsibilities were to provide sound and comprehensive risk management advisory around all strategic commercial initiatives. His duties included driving the implementation of various corporate solutions in support of company’s strategic objectives, while improving the control environment and effectively mitigating enter- prise risks thus enabling and supporting the record breaking year on year revenues and subscriber growth. Kenneth was also involved in providing revenue and cost assurance by leading the team in the detection and mitigation of revenue leakages thus achieving significant annualized revenue savings through robust revenue assurance process reviews.
Kenneth has substantial experience in guiding the development and implementation of strategies, systems, processes and controls that significantly improve key business functions and achieve business targets while establishing best-in-class systems, best practices process and security controls for various multi-national and local corporates across multiple industries. In PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kenneth led a team in re-engineering of key business processes for two large organizations during the implementation of the new business critical solutions that enhanced the efficiency of their business processes, enriched their control environment and eliminated duplication.
In Ernst & Young (EY)s, Kenneth was one of the instrumental team members, in the development and execution of EY ethical hacking course, cyber security implementation, threat and vulnerability assessment and management, cyber process certification service lines within the Kenyan market;
Kenneth holds a Bsc. Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University, USA. Kenneth has passed the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certifications and is currently pursuing the Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification. Kenneth has also undergone the Revenue Assurance training by Global Revenue Assurance Professional Association (GRAPA).
